Etta is a challenge for us to categorise because it doesn't fit neatly into any simple category, so perhaps the best description is simply that is it award-winning and deservedly so. It is unmarket but also relaxed and friendly, an appropriate level of fine dining in a part of Melbourne that rejects pretention. It's all the cuisines we love to eat in Melbourne, heavily influenced by Asia but without sticking to just one place.
