The Inner Northern Local Learning and Employment Network (INLLEN) is an independent community organisation which works to improve education, training, and employment outcomes for young people across Darebin, Merri-bek and Yarra. This is done though vocational mentoring, industry speakers, student placements, mock job interviews, vehicle driving experience, and other initiatives.

Neighbo's founder Charlie has volunteered with INLLEN for several years.
