East Brunswick Village (EBV) is a new apartment and shopping village on Nicholson Street, Brunswick East. The initial sections have opened and are already well-provisioned, but it will be several more years until the precinct is complete.

The shops at ground level feature a large Coles supermarket, a six-screen cinema at FOMO, the celebrated restaurant Rumi, the vast Bridge Road brewery, and a range of quality groceries. The Wellness Centre on the first floor of the Bluestone Way building has a range of GPs, psychologists, and other medical practitioners.

There is a large underground carpark, enter from Village Ave in the middle of EBV. Down in the carpark you'll find the excellent Brunswick Tool Library as well as a handful of EV chargers.
